Museum re-launches its MICE facilities following a £2million investment

Following a four-year absence from the MICE market, the British Motor Museum is delighted to announce that its conference and meeting rooms will re-open for corporate hire from 1 July.

During these four years the spaces have been exclusively used by their close neighbours, Jaguar Land Rover. The company has rebranded from the Heritage Motor Centre and undergone a £2million refurbishment programme so is now ready to take bookings from July 2019.

The refurbishment includes its fabulous new look, re-named roof top rooms, 'The Sky Suite' for up to 200 theatre-style and 240 for dining. This features stunning panoramic views over the Warwickshire countryside and a patio roof-garden has been added to further enhance event options. The ‘Conference Suite’, seats up to 600 theatre style, and the ‘Lecture Suite’, seats up to 150 theatre style and all have been refurbished. Additional doors have been installed into the Lecture Suite to provide a second suite with vehicular access. The flexible room arrangements offer 2,000 sqm of internal exhibition space which includes a 680 sqm Exhibition Gallery, with an additional 20 rooms for smaller meetings seating up to 50 delegates.

Set in 65 acres, the impressive external event space is licensed for up to 5,000 visitors making the British Motor Museum a unique environment for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, events and product launches.

Dining amongst the historic British car collection is a unique option available for those looking for that special dining experience and one that is sure to impress. The British Motor Museum was the first Conference Centre in the UK to be Gluten Free Accredited by Coeliac UK and they pride themselves on their award-winning catering and customer service.
