J12 M40
British Motor Museum
This 110" is one of three vehicles built for the US Rangers contract, but was not accepted by the US government. Adapted as a trails vehicle for the Malaysian Army bid in 1993, it still retains a Malaysian number plate in the rear.
This vehicle was one of the first to have adopted the roll cage/gun mount system which is now standard on Special Operations Vehicle variants. Although not confirmed, it is believed to have been built by Marshalls of Cambridge.
