See your favourite Classic Fords from Anglia to Zodiac come together to celebrate their history at the British Motor Museum!
Discover an essential day out for Ford fans! The show display is an incredible roster of pre-1995 vehicles with Ford engines including Anglias, Capris, Cortinas, Escorts, Fiestas, Granadas, Model Ts, Zephyrs and Zodiacs and 32’ Deuces.
We will also have a packed schedule of live displays and commentary taking place in the Show Arena throughout the day. Next to the main show arena, you will find a dedicated display for some post-1995 Ford vehicles, so there really is something for every fan of Ford. Before you go, visit the trade stands to find a range of spares, accessories and all the vital parts you need to complete your latest restoration project.
Your ticket for the Old Ford Rally supported by Peter James Insurance doesn’t just get you entry into the event, you can check out the Rootes Heritage Day that is taking place at the Museum on 20 July as well! Take in an incredible display of vehicles celebrating the best of the Rootes Group, from Hillmans, Humbers, Singers and Sunbeams to the later Chrysler, Simca and Talbot products and commercial vehicles such as Commer, Karrier, and Kew Dodge. To learn more about the show, click here.
You can enter the Museum with your ticket, too! Explore over 400 historic British cars, including star Fords straight off the screen: Del Boy’s Ford Capri, a 1962 Ford Anglia from the Harry Potter films and Lady Penelope's FAB1 Ford from the 2004 Thunderbirds film. You’ll find everyday classics, too, including the 1972 Ford Escort RS 1600 Mk1.
On the day, you’ll also find a large display of hand-built Meccano models from The Midlands Meccano Guild indoors in the Conference Rooms as well as a small indoor trade area with diecast models, vehicle brochures and photos.
The Museum is open from 10am to 5pm and the Collections Centre is open from 11am to 5pm.
